Hear Ye Hear Ye!
There will be a VERY IMPORTANT meeting for the Carlton Landing HOA on Friday May 4th, 2018 at 7pm. If you have not had the opportunity to attend one of these meetings, it’s a great time to learn how your association works and gain some valuable information about the current status of our HOA. Also, there are two seats open on the HOA Executive Board that will be filled at this meeting. The meeting will happen at the Carlton Landing Community Church tent located at 10 Water Street in Carlton Landing.
The HOA board is made up of five individuals; three members are chosen by the developer (for now) and two are elected by the homeowners. The nominee for Seat 1 will be asked to commit to a one year term and Seat 2 will be asked to commit to a 2 year term. The HOA Board meets about a month before the HOA open town meetings to discuss the agenda. The HOA open town meetings are usually scheduled by the Board three times a year in the Spring, Summer, and Fall.

We urge you to mark your calendars to be in attendance Friday Night May 4th at 7pm. This is your chance to make a difference in our community by making your voice heard or stepping out to put some work in to making The Town of Carlton Landing a better place to live and own a home. If you have questions about the meeting or potentially being considered for the Board positions, you may reach out to the Carlton Landing HOA here. Someone will respond with the information you are requesting.
